Did the 15 minute warm up routine on my roommates ball and band workout DVD. He told me that would probably be the only thing I should do on the first time around and boy was he ever right. It’s difficult to keep balance on those pilates balls. I think I am also going to have to return my ball for the bigger size because it seems to be too small for me. However, I think the other kit they offer does not come with bands, so I may have to purchase bands separately. I did well on my Weight Watchers points today. It was a little difficult. I always knew I was eating too much, I just am always surprised at how much I overeat on a daily basis.
I have started bookmarking pilates DVDs to purchase in the future when my roommates current DVD workouts are easy for me. I realize that will be a while down the road. I really need to get my hands on a yoga DVD as well. I used to watch and do yoga in the morning when I lived at home because there was a program call Inhale on Oxygen. Now that I am on my own, I do not have cable and therefore cannot do my yoga routines. I sometimes do what I can remember from the routines, but I constantly feel like I am getting the poses wrong.
